I was pleasantly surprised by the studio room I stayed in, despite some noise due to upper floor renovation. However, the cleaning in the bathroom was a bit lacking for a non-smoking room. The smell of smoke and finding a cigarette bud in the toilet's bin was definitely a downside.

The staff, from the bellhop to the restaurant staff, were lovely and very helpful. I particularly enjoyed the spa services provided by the hotel. However, the reception during my booking on Agoda wasn't as friendly and welcoming as I had hoped for.

The hotel's location is super convenient, linked to the Mid Valley Mega Mall with easy access to train and taxi transportation. It's quite central to many areas of interest, although the breakfast buffet variety can use some improvement.

The dining experience offered a decent spread at breakfast with options like bacon, fries, sausages, and cereals. Adding some local delights like yiu tiou and fresh soya bean milk would make it even better.
